Due to the overwhelming number of requests for "samples"
we receive, it is not economically feasible to give away free
samples of our product. While we do understand how vitally
important it is to fully evaluate any product prior to a purchase,
we offer the following suggestions to help promote your
confidence when considering a purchase:
1.) The most common way of evaluating our product is to order
for only 1 heater (typically a BB001-36 and a pair of endcaps).
2.) To reduce the cost of obtaining a sample, some of our
reseller partners will offer free-shipping promotions.
3.) For larger volume Customers, we can forward samples
for evaluation that will only be invoiced if there is no resulting
business from the sample review.
