Damaged Merchandise
Buss General Partner Company, Ltd. (Company) warranties all goods to be free of Manufacturer's
defects at the time of delivery to the Customer. In the event where a product is damaged during
transit, the Company will arrange for the replacement of the damaged goods at no cost to the
Customer. Any damaged goods should be photographed for the Company to review. The Company
offers a conditional 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back
policy.Under this policy, if the Companies' products are found to be unsatisfactory for any reason,
the Company will refund 100% of the cost of the product assuming the following three conditions
are met:
1.) The goods are returned, at the Customer's expense, to the Companies' facility in resaleable
condition.
2.) The returned items will only be accepted for a monetary refund within thirty (30) days of the
date of original sale.
3.) No refunds are provided for panels that have been cut to a custom length(s) by the factory or
by theCustomer.
Rust Resistant Finish
Buss General Partner Company, Ltd. (Company) also warranties that the finish on all goods will
not oxidize (rust) during the lifetime of the products use. The following conditions apply:
1.) The warranty covers only the original purchaser.
2.) Denting, scratching or any other physical damage is not covered.
