How much does shipping cost?

$30 flat anywhere in the Lower 48 and most of Canada. If your ship to address is in the State of Alaska, Canadian Northwest Territories or the Yukon region, please call us first to get a quote for shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Alert: Delivery date may be impacted due to high order volume.

US Orders: We process orders within 15 business days to US locations. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive via FedEx Ground in 1-5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Special Color Orders: We process special color orders within 4 weeks to US locations. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive via FedEx in 1-5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Canadian Orders: Orders for Canadian customers are shipped each Friday via FedEx Ground. Orders should be received by noon on Thursday in order to ship the following day.

What delivery service is used?

Fedex Ground. A signature to confirm and accept delivery is NOT required.

What if my order arrives with damage or items missing?

Although damage due to carrier negligence is rare, it does happen. We will replace, at our cost, any items that are received with obvious signs of damage and reported to us with photographic evidence within 72 hours. A customer also has up to 72 hours after delivery to inspect their order and report any missing item(s). Following this period of time it will be assumed that the order was received in full. Any items missing will be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost.

What is your return policy?

In the event your panels do not fit the application or you just change your mind, we will issue a FULL refund for any items that are returned to our warehouse in good condition within 30 days of the delivery date. How do I request custom cut lengths when I place my order on this website?

We will custom cut to length any standard panel for any product line. There is no cost for this service. To instruct us which panel(s) to cut to what length(s), simply list the stock length, the quantity to be cut and the custom length needed.
