Use this Order Form (will download as an excel file) to complete your order. Important: Note the tabs at the bottom of the Order Form. Select the tab to complete that corresponds with your cover style (i.e., Premium, Premium Tall, Basic, Elliptus)
An order acknowledgement and PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for payment
Once payment is received, shipment will be scheduled with one of the following:
Pick-up at our Delta, BC facility (normally available the following business day)
Shipment via Groundstar Express to Lower Mainland locations
Shipment each Friday via Fedex Ground (beyond Lower Mainland)
How to Report Damaged or Missing Items:
Report damaged or missing items within 72 hours of delivery.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Picture of damaged item(s), or
List of missing item(s)
In the event that your panels do not fit the application or you just change your mind, we will issue a FULL refund for any items that are returned to our warehouse in good condition within 30 days of the delivery date. The only exception is for custom cut panels - these items are final sale.
