Hydronic & Electric Covers

Baseboarders™ hydronic and electric baseboard heater covers are made of galvanized steel. Galvanizing is a process that uses an electric charge to "stick on" a thin coating of zinc. We then apply an epoxy-based powder coated layer on top of the zinc coating. With two layers of protective coatings between the raw steel and the elements, we are confident all our standard products will last a very long time before the natural oxidation process can start. Our warranty covers the finish against the onset of rust. We also cover any damage to the product while in transit. Goods received with damage must be reported to the manufacturer within 72 hours of delivery.

Cleaning

Baseboarders™ products for hydronic and electric covers should only be cleaned with mild soap on a damp cloth.  Be sure to thoroughly dry panels and accessories to reduce exposure to moisture, which helps to prevent against the onset of rust.

Forced Air Baseboard Vents

The Baseboarders™ forced air baseboard vents are made of steel layered with an epoxy-based powder coat for a beautiful finish that also serves as a protectant against the onset of rust. Our warranty offers lifetime coverage against rust for our forced air vents. We also cover any damage to the product while in transit. Goods received with damage must be reported to the manufacturer within 72 hours of delivery.

Cleaning

Baseboarders™ products for forced air baseboard vents should be cleaned with a vacuum and brush attachment to remove dust build-up or, if needed, mild soap on a damp cloth. Be sure to thoroughly dry panels and accessories to reduce exposure to moisture, which helps to prevent against the onset of rust. Please refrain from using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals to clean the product's surface, as doing so could cause damage to the finish and result in revocation of the warranty.
