How to Place an Order for Delivery to Canada

Check product compatibility and learn how to measure for panels.

• Visit the Accessories Guide to determine the accessories needed for your project.

  Note: You will need wall brackets under two scenarios:
  1. If the heater no longer has a back plate, or
  2. If the heater backplate is not at least 7-1/2" off the floor.

  If your replacement cover requires wall brackets:
  ● For panel lengths 5 feet or shorter, order two (2) wall brackets.
  ● For panel lengths longer than 5 feet, order three (3) wall brackets.

• Answer your installation questions.
• Use this Order Form (will download as an excel file with multiple tabs) to complete your order.

Important: Note the tabs at the bottom of the Order Form. Select the tab to complete that corresponds with your cover style: Basic, Premium, Premium Tall, and Elliptus.

• Email the completed Order Form to sales@baseboarders.com.
• An order acknowledgement and PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
• Once payment is received, product will be shipped from our Leominster, MA location via FedEx Ground.

How to Report Damaged or Missing Items

• Report damaged or missing items within 72 hours of delivery.
• Email resolutions@baseboarders.com with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Picture of damaged item(s), or
  • List of missing item(s)

Return Policy

In the event that your panels do not fit the application or you just change your mind, we will issue a full refund for product (minus shipping) that is returned to our warehouse in good condition within 30 days of the delivery date. The only exception is for custom cut panels and samples – these items are final sale.
