The Basic Heavy Duty is taller and deeper than our standard Basic style. Basic HD was designed specifically for multi-family and institutional applications needing a depth of up to 6-¼”. Panels are 8” tall with endcaps being 8-¾” tall.

This style is available for shipment only within the US (Lower 48).

Configuration Compatibility: Straight

Installation: Designed to be easily installed by the end user. No tools necessary.

Warranty: The Basic HD Series offers a 2 year warranty against rust.

Material: The Basic HD panels - 24 gauge galvanized steel; end caps - 18 gauge galvanized steel.

Usage: Baseboarders® is designed for hydronic baseboard heaters, but can be used with electric baseboard heaters as well. Be careful whenever using with electric baseboard heaters as electric units generate higher surface temperatures. Learn More

Panel Length: Basic HD panels are available in lengths of 36”, 52”, and 72”. Visit the Measurement Guide for measuring instructions.

Custom Cut: There is no charge for custom cuts; however, they add a two week lead time and are non-returnable.

Finish: Semi-gloss powder coat in Standard White.

Used when two heaters meet at an OUTSIDE (heaters point towards you) 135 angle. Common for heaters placed inside a set of bay windows.

Why do I need a Bracket?

Wall Brackets:
Typically used when the original back plate has been removed, when the original back plate is less than 7.5" in height (less than 9.5" for Premium Tall), or in new construction environments.
